Lost or Damaged Items:
Sorry to Brag is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you place an order for our butters and it happens to melt just simply place it in the refrigerator for at least three hours.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sorry to Brag is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will happily provide a refund or exchange for the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
